- Diary management: scheduling meetings, events and conference calls
- Multi-lingual assistance and translations
- Travel arrangements: researching and booking accommodation, flights and travel itineraries
- Project Work: researching specific sectors, such as competitor analysis and industry trends, as well as targeting potential customers
- Sourcing and ordering business products and services
- Handle incoming client phone calls and checking and responding to emails
- Basic book-keeping and invoicing
- Data entry
- Editing: Formatting documents and preparing presentations
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant or Secretary or Travel Agency
- Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
- Solid communication skills
